54. Be happy and positive. Reduce the amount of stress in your life and learn how to manage it. Try breathing exercises, yoga, meditation, exercise or any activity that makes you happy.

55. Eat for your heart. Adopt a whole foods and anti-inflammatory diet.

56. Try to exercise most days of the week.

57. Quit smoking.

58. Have your blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar checked on a regular basis.

59. Make sure you are taking the optimal amount of omega-3s.

Your health. Simple.
