About Shelby Bach, PA-C

Shelby has a glow about her that reflects on every patient that walks through the doors. She has the ability to treat patients from the inside out, listening to their story while treating their outward injuries and ailments. Shelby takes pride in building a rapport with each and every patient.

Shelby obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology at Michigan State University. Upon graduating, Shelby worked for one year as both a Certified Nursing Assistant Home Health Aide to the Geriatric Community and as a receptionist and medical assistant at our clinic, Emcura Immediate Care. This experience in the medical field gained Shelby acceptance to Dominican University in Chicago, Illinois where she earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies degree. She obtained her Physician Assistant Board Certification (PA-C) through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

In her spare time, Shelby enjoys being the proud Dog Mom to her two Bernedoodles Vivienne (Vivie) and Theodore (Teddy), watching Alfred Hitchcock films, zumba, spending time with family and friends, and donating time with the Pediatric Muscular Dystrophy Association.
