We aren’t a big, cold corporation. We are family-owned and physician-operated. We started this practice to provide the exact kind of care we’d want for our own parents, siblings, and kids. This means we focus on longevity, wellness, and finding the root cause of health issues rather than just “patching things up.” We love to teach, and we believe you’ll feel the difference that a physician-owned practice provides.
It depends! For annual physicals or dedicated one-on-one time with your provider, you’ll need an appointment so we can give you a thorough evaluation. However, we always offer walk-in care for urgent needs during our open hours. Just keep in mind that if your specific provider is working the walk-in clinic, they might not have as much time for a deep dive as they would during a scheduled visit
Very fast! Most walk-in patients are seen within minutes, and our average wait time is under 15 minutes. We also offer same-day or next-day primary care appointments, either in person or via telemedicine.
Right now, we provide primary care for teens aged 16 and older who are past most of their initial immunizations.

Yes! We offer transparent self-pay pricing for those without insurance or for services insurance doesn’t cover. Because we do so much on-site, we often save you the high costs of ER visits or outside referrals. Our self-pay costs are often much lower than other area clinics.
We have clinics in Bloomfield Hills, Northville/Novi, Royal Oak, and Grosse Pointe Woods. You can even ask Siri or Google for “directions to Emcura” to find the one closest to you.
