AI can be used to scribe your note, perform preliminary reads on an Xray, paraphrase
your discussions, answer the phones and respond based on our company defined
parameters and in other areas. AI may be incorporated in other areas as well in the
future. AI is not perfect, so please make us aware of other issues. We also use a Third
Party Radiologist to read our Xrays.
We complement — not replace — your PCP. For urgent or general medical needs, continue
seeing your PCP and specialists while we focus on prevention and optimization.
We review results with you (in person or via telehealth), provide written summaries, and
can share copies with your PCP/specialists at your request.
Yes, please do. We’ll incorporate them into your plan and avoid duplicate testing whenever
possible.
Some labs or imaging may be covered based on medical necessity and plan rules. Many
wellness services are self-pay; we provide estimates before testing or programs begin and
can issue HSA/FSA receipts.
Timelines vary by goal. Many patients notice energy, sleep, or symptom improvements in
weeks, while deeper changes (lipids, A1c, body composition) build over months.
Most start with 30/60/90-day milestones and include follow-ups, messaging, and plan
adjustments. We set measurable markers so you can track progress.
