Shelby first obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy's School of Nursing. After two years of working as a registered nurse, she went on to earn her Master of Medical Science from the University of Detroit Mercy's Family Nurse Practitioner Program. She obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (FNP-BC) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). During her time at Emcura, she has become an expert with IV therapy and has a way of making patients experience special.
In her spare time, Shelby enjoys spending time with her family and friends, shopping, boating, and taking care of her son Lincoln.
