The service was good. It would be more fair to customers to take them in order of cue. Instead, the team process. People should be first not process that makes some people wait longer.

The staff were efficient, professional, friendly. The process from registration through test results was easy, better than the 3 other places I’ve been tested over the last year. Exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend!!!

Initially confusing. We were told to park and go in. Once inside we were told that we couldn’t be seen unless we had a Covid test. We went back outside, waited in line, got Covid tested then waited to be seen. At this point everything changed. Someone came out and got me, I was seen immediately, treated with kindness and compassion.
