This review is not for the doctor. It’s for Erica Myrick who did my families COVID testing. Erica was very professional, nice, efficient, patient and understood our needs. She provided me with other medical testing that I could be tested for, which I did. In this day an time we need more people like Erica Myrick! She is an example of how all employees should exhibit customer service. You Rock Erica!

What is on website not necessarily done. We pulled up and NO ONE got out for at least 15 mins and we were the only one in lot. It was a cloudy day but not raining. My husband went in they gave him forms to fill out. He took them out to give me. Filled them out and went in to return them. That is when all six of staff sitting and talking said for me to go back and wait for someone in the car. Another 15 mins and someone from the emergency flu shot area came to get the ID's must have checked the ID's came out to do the swab after sometime and said results in the mail. Not so efficient as other reviewers said

This is our “go to” spot for COVID and other drive up testing the offered. My two year old required a pre surgical covid test, and the staff (I wish I knew her name!) was great with him. My son got very very sick afterwards as he gets sick easily when he gets upset, and vomited all over himself and the car seat/car and she made sure everything was ok, got what I needed to clean up, and stayed with us until he felt better and my car was clean. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience given the circumstances! Thank you for helping us today!
