Drove up Thursday at 4:30 I was told to drive away and maybe come back in 15 minutes they can try and see if there was more room came back in 15 minutes they said yeah they let some more people in but now they’re full up again and close come back the next day at eight in the morning came back the next day at 7:45. Drive around wait so I waited across the street for an hour and then I got in the people are nice it’s a hard job

The staff at Emcura went above and beyond to make sure we had the proper documentation to be able to go over the border to visit family in Canada when a national provider failed in getting our PCR results in a timely manner.

There was a wait but the process / paperwork was efficient and clear, organized. The phone help line staff was VERY helpful in determining when I should come in to be tested based on my vaccine, booster and exposure profile. They also recommended when to arrive for a rapid result test based on the holiday rush/surge. One suggestion- Please get the nice staff working the parking lot/wait lot some help. On arrival it looked as though you could pull into line and there was a lot of confusion with cars getting into / out of line and some clients were being difficult with the staff and even trying to cut the line.

The line was long. It was a crazy wait. it was raining sleet and freezing cold. But the staff was amazing everyone was so nice and professional. Also got my results quickly. Thank you all for what you do!!
